ERA™ is an invite-only community of women in senior leadership roles across various industries. It’s specifically designed for senior executives who are navigating high-growth environments, including (co)founders, board members, and C-level to C-4 executives.
Our application committee evaluates fit based on industry, role title, company size, reporting structure, team size, and overall professional journey.

Is there a way to get support on my leadership journey?

Yes! By being a part of the ERA™ community you already receive updates, event invites and connections. Once you are fully ready to level up, we offer tailored services designed to support your leadership development - boosters. These services help you achieve professional goals such as building your network, enhancing visibility, achieving business growth, and transitioning into new leadership roles. 
Boosters are only available to ERA™ members and are outcome-based, meaning they conclude once all deliverables are achieved.

Which services are included in the boosters?

Each booster is carefully crafted based on your specific leadership goals. Services may include:
direct introductions to relevant decision-makers for career transitions, business growth, or professional development
access to curated mastermind groups for networking and exchanging ideas with senior leaders
media features and speaking opportunities to strengthen your personal brand
executive coaching and mentoring to support your growth as a leader and much more.
Each booster also includes an initial consultation with a personal concierge to clarify your goals and personalize the experience.

Can I customize a booster to fit my specific leadership goals?

Accepted Answer

Yes, boosters are customizable to ensure they align with your unique leadership goals. When booking, you’ll be able to identify your top three focus areas within your selected booster. Some boosters come with a preselection of services designed to match your desired outcome, but there’s always room to tailor the experience.
After booking, you'll have a consultation call with your personal concierge, who will walk you through your selections, help you clarify your goals, and ensure the booster is fully aligned with your current priorities and needs.

How can I book a booster?

Accepted Answer

Booking a booster is available only for leaders who got accepted to the ERA™ community. Once you're a member, you’ll receive a link to book a booster based on your goals and needs. 
Each booster is priced between 499€ and 1699€, depending on the services included. This is a one-time fee, and represents a fraction of comparable services such as ghostwriters, press agencies, or personal brand consultants—while offering a curated, result-based experience specifically designed for senior executives.

Can I make use of multiple boosters simultaneously?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can book multiple boosters as long as they align with your professional goals. Your concierge will help you assess which boosters complement each other for maximum benefit. Please get in touch with us if you need any support with a selection of boosters!

Question 7

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your booster within 14 days of payment for a full refund, in case you change your mind. After 14 days, booster fees are non-refundable, as we are already getting to work and invest significantly into your progress. 
If you cancel within the 14-day window, you will not receive any of the services provided in the booster but will still be part of our ERA™ community, which includes continued access to newsletters, events, and networking opportunities.

How can I pay for the booster and can I get an invoice for my company?

Accepted Answer

Currently we only support payments via credit card. In some cases we can also send you an invoice and you can pay via bank transfer.
And yes, we do offer invoices for your company. You can request an invoice by contacting us here.  
In case you are interested in getting services through or for your company, we offer special packages as well. Please get in touch with us.
