We connect you with hiring decision-makers, refine your executive brand, and ensure you're seen by the right people at the right time.

There are no costs for registering your interest and there are no strings attached to it.

If you're eligible, our Community Manager, Ana, will share service packages that are of relevance, tailored to your professional goals. Our service packages to be part of our leaders community start at €1.599.

In case of successful placement through us, a success fee, equivalent to one (1) month’s gross salary will be due. This fee is only due if you secure a leadership role through introductions, referrals, or placements facilitated by the female factor.
