The female factor is on a mission to close the (gender) leadership gap.
We are a global community for a new era of female leaders enabling them to get their seat at the table by boosting confidence, competence & connections. We support these female leaders through mentoring, networking and our career programs.
In 2020 we started to connect fantastic companies such as Google, BCG, Mondi, Bank Austria and many more with our female talents.
In 2021 we proudly launched Europe's first job platfrom matching female talents with inclusive companies.
2023 is dedicated to our global movement aiming to create a shift in how we perceive leadership qualities to give a more diverse range of leaders the stage.

The passion for female empowerment and driving societal change for equal opportunities and a better world of work for all of us, is what drives Tanja and Mahdis.
They co-founded the female factor in 2019 as a remote-first company and with a shared leadership model.
Together they are on a mission to enable more women to get a seat at the table, working towards more inclusive work places for the next generation.
