Aimee’s experiences with burnout and depression have shaped her understanding of the critical importance of mental health. Leaders should practice self-awareness by regularly reflecting and journaling to stay in tune with their mental state. Seeking support by building a supportive network and sharing experiences to foster community is essential. Additionally, setting boundaries by actively managing work hours to avoid overworking ensures time for personal well-being.
