ALINA ON RESILIENCE

One of the most significant obstacles Alina faced was the impact of war. As a volunteer coordinator during the early days of conflict, she was responsible for building systems from scratch. This experience was a crash course in management and leadership under pressure. Alina developed a systematic approach to handle mistakes—taking responsibility, analyzing the situation, making necessary changes, and moving forward. Her focus remains on continuous movement and improvement.

ALINA ON SPORTS LEADERSHIP

Alina's background as an athlete has significantly influenced her approach to leadership. The discipline, dedication, and resilience required in sports have translated into her leadership style. As an athlete, she understands that progress takes time and effort, and this mindset is crucial for effective leadership. Her routine of constant training and preparation has instilled in her the importance of being well-prepared for any challenge, whether in sports or in her professional career.
