FATMA AS A LEADER

Success is the ability to grow personally and professionally, becoming better than you were in previous years. From escaping war to becoming an international speaker and entrepreneur, I embody the perseverance needed to succeed.

Leadership is not for specific kind of people or historical figure.

Great Leaders are humble and kind.

The future of leadership is to be of service and focus on others than on themselves.

When I think of a leader, I think of famous people who made history but that's not right. We have people within our circle who are great leaders, but we have been conditioned to think of historical figure.

FATMA ON PRIORITIZING WELL-BEING

Fatma emphasizes that there is no perfect work-life balance, but rather prioritizing what is important during different life phases. She maintains her mental well-being through practices like breathing exercises, gratitude journaling, and staying positive. She believes that a learner's mindset and emotional control are key to handling life's challenges effectively.

FATMA ON PUBLIC SPEAKING

Fatma's journey from escaping civil war to becoming a multilingual public speaker is a testament to her resilience. Initially afraid of public speaking due to language barriers and fear of judgment, she joined Toastmasters to conquer this fear. She encourages others to face their fears head-on and use their unique experiences to inspire and lead. She wrote a FREE E-book on “How to Walk with Your Fear” (link in her SM bio) and recently launched a Facebook Group “Fatma Speakers Club” to impact many lives around the world. Her story demonstrates that consistent personal development and stepping out of comfort zones are crucial for growth.
