Khatija has over a decade of corporate experience, having worked in the FMCG & Fresh fruits industry on billion-dollar brands & driving innovation. Inspired by her experience and that of otherwomen, she founded Moxy in early 2023. Moxy (www.itsmoxy.com) has captured the voices of hundreds of women across 100+ companies to identify inclusion gaps, helping companies attract and retain female talent.
