NADINE ON OVERCOMING VALUE MISALIGNMENT
One of Nadine’s biggest career challenges was when her work diverged from her core values. She realized that she has the choice to either change things or leave. She overcame this challenge by seek support from allies within the organization who share her core values and together created positive change for themselves and others around them. This experience underscored the importance of aligning work with personal values and the power of collective action in enacting change.

Nadine actively supports the next generation of leaders through personal mentoring initiatives and her involvement with MENTEE, an organization that empowers young aspiring leaders.
