Throughout her career, Nevena faced the challenge of imposter syndrome, particularly as the youngest leader, coach, and global trainer in many settings. Overcoming this required acknowledging her accomplishments, challenging negative thoughts, and practicing self-compassion. By aiming for small improvements rather than perfection, she gradually accepted her place at the table and embraced her role with confidence. This journey taught her the importance of self-acceptance and the value of incremental progress in personal and professional growth.
