Sarah is passionately committed to mentoring and supporting the next generation of female leaders. She mentors young women through her involvement with The Female Factor and her university's alumni network. Within her company and industry, she has initiated female leadership circles. She ensures that whenever she declines an opportunity, she recommends at least two capable women.
