Terms & Conditions of ERA™ – TL;DR
ERA™, operated by the female factor e.V. & TFF Consulting GmbH, is a global community for a new era of female leaders. These Terms of Use are entered into by and between you (“user”) and the female factor (“organization”, “we" or “us”).
🎟️ ERA™ access
Some content is public, but most services and our digital community are for accepted ERA™ community members only. You must be 18+ to join. We reserve the right to approve or decline applications as outlined on the website.

To join ERA™, fill out our application form and share your motivation and background. If accepted, you’ll be added to our community and invited to explore optional service boosters to support your goals. We reserve the right to approve or decline applications as outlined on the website.
🎁 What’s included
Being part of ERA™ gives you access to our selected events, networking opportunities, and a monthly newsletter. Benefits may be added or cancelled at any time.
⚙️ Boosters
Boosters are optional, one-time service packages designed to help with visibility, networking, leadership growth, and more. You can book one or more, whenever you're ready.
💰 Payment & refunds
Being part of ERA™ is free. Booster payments are due upon booking. You can cancel within 14 days for a full refund — as long as no part of the service has been delivered. After that, all sales are final.
📬 Communications
We use third-party tools (like Mailchimp, Wix, Airtable) to send newsletters and manage your account. We’re not responsible for their systems — see their privacy policies.
🤝 Digital community use
Be kind, respect others’ preferences, and avoid solicitation. Members may decline contact. Report issues to hi@femalefactor.global.
🚪Leaving ERA™
You can leave the community anytime by emailing us. Membership and access will be revoked. Booster payments are non-refundable after the 14-day window.
Member eligibility
Although there are some website features (e.g. the blog) that you do not need to be a registered member to access, you must be a registered ERA™ community member in order to access all other services and the digital community. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to offer or continue to offer services to any person or entity and change our eligibility criteria at any time.
In order to be considered an ERA™ community member, you generally must provide us with a completed application in which you demonstrate your motivation together with a desire to contribute to the ERA™ community and its objectives. The application requests certain personal information that you agree to provide to us subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use to enable us to determine whether to accept your ERA™ community application. Completed applications are added to the waiting list and we will review them on an ongoing basis.
We may request further information in order to decide whether to accept an application. Acceptance shall be at our sole discretion in the furtherance of the good name and reputation of our community and its members. No reason shall be given for refusal of any application at any stage and all information relating to the determination of an aplication shall be treated in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Benefits of being part of ERA™
The benefits of the ERA™ include access to the newsletter, invitations to events, and direct email introductions to other women in the community.
The digital community provides networking opportunities with other members, access to member-exclusive offers, content and more. ERA™ community members may also participate in our mentoring program as mentors.
ERA™ members also receive a monthly newsletter to help stay up-to-date on community happenings. Additional benefits may also be offered from time to time at our discretion. ERA™ community members in good standing may also refer individuals to be considered to join the community. Prospective members who have been referred will then be invited to complete an application form. Eligibility requirements apply to all prospective members. Additional information on being a member and its benefits, which may change from time to time, and pricing can be found on our website.
The ERA™ community members mail is delivered via MailMerge and Airtable and the female factor newsletter is delivered via Wix or Mailchimp. MailMerge, Airtable, Wix and Mailchimp are responsible for their Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other policies. The organization disclaims responsibility and liability for the operation of MailMerge, Airtable, Mailchimp and Wix.
ERA™ community members are eligible to receive additional support tailored to their professional goals, by booking one of the ERA™ Boosters. These are outcome-based services, designed to support members further in areas like networking, visibility, business growth, leadership development, and more.
Application / Registration
As part of your ERA™ community application, you must provide accurate and complete contact information, including your name, e-mail address, social profile links, links to personal and professional websites, current occupation, geographical location, country of origin, interests, length of your professional and leadership experience, name of your employer, the size of company, and industry it operates in, how you found out about the community (including contact details of a referrer if applicable), motivation behind joining the community, expected contributions to the community, indicate your willingness to opt into and keep your contact information updated. The organization assumes no responsibility regarding the accuracy of any information obtained from the website, digital community or any additional services we may provide. Use of such information is at your own risk.
If your ERA™ community application is accepted, you will receive an email confirming your acceptance. You will then be invited to book ERA™ Boosters that support your professional goals. You can book these at any point after your acceptance. After you’ve submitted your details for the Boosters booking, you will be redirected to Wix Payment for completing the payment. After we receive payment from you, you will receive further onboarding information (via email) on how to access the booked services.
Service Fees
Joining the ERA™ community is free of charge. However, the organization offers paid services on demand. The services are organized into several packages called ERA™ Boosters. Service fees for Boosters are paid upon booking and in full. The organization reserves the right to adjust pricing through discounts on an individual or community-wide level, as well as to offer occasional discount-like offerings, which may or may not be tied to timing of sign-ups or perceived community-wide value of a particular member.
The organization uses a third party payment processor to assist it in processing your personally identifiable payment information securely. Such third party processors’ use of your personal information is governed by their respective terms of Use and privacy policies. Payments are currently processed and managed using multiple providers, which include the payment gateway Stripe. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy and Services Agreement.
ERA™ Boosters are outcome based, personal and non-transferable and members must not share their service benefits with any other person(s).
Members may terminate their Boosters within 14 days of the payment for any reason by contacting communityteam@femalefactor.global. Termination of a Booster service within 14 days of payment will result in a refund, provided that no part of the service has been delivered or utilized. Beyond the 14-day period, booster fees are non-refundable, and the service is considered fulfilled once the deliverables are completed. Booster services are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to other members or third parties. If you cancel a Booster within the 14-day window, you will not receive any of the services booked but will still be part of our ERA™ community, which includes continued access to newsletters, events, and networking opportunities.
Termination
Termination of ERA™ community membership requires contacting the community team directly via communityteam@femalefactor.global; they will communicate the next steps to be taken.
Upon termination, you will be removed from the community, digital community, newsletter, and mailing list. Service fees paid are non refundable unless requested within the 14 days after the payment.
