Ahva Sadeghi is a passionate social entrepreneur and economist. She's the Co-Founder and CEO of Symba, an award-winning tech startup using AI to empower emerging talent. Symba has powered over 18,000 new jobs at Fortune 500 companies like CVS Health and Roche and leading nonprofits.
Ahva is a member of the Forbes HR Council and recognized as Forbes 30 Under 30 and Inc Magazine Top 250 Female Founders of 2024.
In her spare time, Ahva enjoys playing the cello and is a certified yoga instructor.

Ahva is a strong advocate for mental health and self-care in leadership. She emphasizes the importance of maintaining a balanced lifestyle through morning yoga and mindful breaks. “I make time for yoga in the mornings and I step away if I'm feeling frustrated to go on a walk, grab water and breathe before I come back,” she shares. This routine helps her stay grounded and resilient, allowing her to tackle the pressures of leadership effectively.

Ahva's journey is deeply inspired by her late mentor, Congressman John Lewis. Her experience with him during a civil rights fellowship shaped her leadership philosophy. Symba, the tech startup she co-founded, focuses on creating opportunities for young professionals through internships and apprenticeships, impacting over 10,000 job seekers. Ahva believes in the power of investing in the next generation, stating, “Leaders need to invest in hiring and training up our next generation!” This dedication is reflected in Symba's mission to foster economic opportunity and mobility.
