ABOUT JEN

Jen Stave, the Inaugural Executive Director of the Digital Data Design Institute at Harvard, holds a PhD in quantitative social sciences from American University. Her career spans senior roles in consulting and public policy, including as Managing Director of Strategy and Operations at Wells Fargo. She oversees the development and scaling of AI/NLP data science competencies, presenting her work globally, including at the United Nations Congress. A Boren Fellowship recipient, Jen's research focuses on organizational effectiveness using quantitative methodologies. Residing in Boston, she enjoys running, rock climbing, and various outdoor activities, embodying a life of vigor and adventure.
