As a mentor, brand strategist, university lecturer, PhD researcher, and entrepreneur, Raya Drenski is dedicated to empowering leaders to distill their ideas into strong brands that tell compelling stories. A mother of two daughters, she is driven by a passion for helping female leaders overcome biases and tap into their inner richness to achieve their full potential. Through her work, Raya has aided numerous individuals and companies in creating a brand that reflects their true identity and values. In the past two years, she has organized workshops across Bulgaria, Germany, Austria, and Slovenia, improving over 300 individual brands and fostering networking through the inspirational stories of more than fifteen guest speakers.
